Total I’ve been really satisfied with Smith.ai, but currently A lot more calls are going to Smith.ai’s voicemail or not currently being picked up in any way. I use CallRail on our backend and will see comprehensive call metrics and entry recordings of all calls. I’ve found a number of potential
